Create an account and you automatically get a 14-day free trial with full access. No payment required to start.
Open Settings → Subscription in the app, or wait until your trial ends and you will be prompted. Choose a monthly or annual plan.
Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Open the Play Store app, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SoloTrade → Cancel.
On the paywall screen, tap Restore previous purchase. Your subscription will be relinked to your account.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data and cannot be undone.
Open the quote, tap Send, and choose email or share the link. Your client receives a professional PDF and a shareable web link.
Yes. Open an accepted quote and tap Convert to Invoice. All line items carry across automatically.
Go to Settings → Invoice & Quote → GST registered and enable it. GST is then worked out automatically on all new quotes and invoices.
Yes. Go to Settings → Invoice & Quote and set your preferred prefix and starting number.
If you grant location permission, SoloTrade notices when you arrive at a saved job site and suggests clocking in. You can also clock in manually from the Time tab at any time.
No. Location is entirely optional. All time-tracking features work without it, you simply will not get automatic clock-in suggestions.

Core features including quote creation, time entry, and job notes work offline. Your data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase, encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level security so only you can reach it. See our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page for data-residency details.
